Introduction: Pulmonary tuberculosis is an inflammatory disease of the lungs that is estimated to infect one-third of the world's population, with the main symptoms being a productive cough, fever, night sweats, and weight loss. Objective: This study aims to describe the achievements of successful treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Method: This type of quantitative research has a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 77 pulmonary TB patients in Jatisampurna Public Health Center who were selected using the consecutive sampling technique. The analysis uses descriptive statistics regarding the characteristics of gender, occupation, age, treatment status, contact examination, referral status, diagnosis type, treatment history, OAT combination, anatomical classification, disease history, and examination of treatment results. Result: The results showed that only 16.9% of pulmonary TB patients were declared cured, and the status was predominantly unknown at 49.4%. This target was not achieved due to the fact that contact examinations were not carried out, the treatment history was unknown, and the patient was only active during the pre-treatment examination, while for subsequent examinations the patient's status was unknown. Conclusion: The achievement of successful treatment of pulmonary TB in Jatisampurna Public Health Center is still low, which is caused by contact examination factors, treatment history, and the patient's activeness in carrying out examinations. © 2024, Muhammadiyah Palu University.
