This study aims to identify influence of workplace spirituality on workplace deviant behavior by the state civil apparatus, or ASN, in Jabodetabek. Two types of spirituality are considered in this study, namely spirituality at the level of the individual (individual spirituality) and spirituality at the organizational level (workplace spirituality). Results showed that spirituality at the organizational level did not significantly influence ASN deviant behavior. At the individual level, spirituality has a significant negative influence on ASN deviant behavior. At the organizational level, spirituality has a significant positive influence on ASN spirituality at the individual level. A full mediation relationship was found in the relationship between individual-level spirituality, organizational-level spirituality, and deviant behavior, where individual-level spirituality becomes a variable that mediates the relationship between spirituality at the organizational level and deviant behavior. © 2020 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
