Abstrak
The emergence of new drug-resistant strains cases is considered a recent challenge in managing typhoid infection. A nonlinear differential equation model can be used to analyze the dynamics of the infection. This article provides the calculation of the reproduction number, analysis of the stability of the equilibrium point, and numerical simulation of the model. The research suggests prevention and proper treatment to slow down the increase in drug resistance. © 2026 Author(s).
