Almost all workers felt the threat of COVID-19 which impacted on their economic activities. There were barriers in implementing the health protocol such as wearing masks and keeping the distance. To strengthen COVID-19 prevention behavior, informal interventions were carried out through online group health education, discussions and quizzes at the end of the meeting with the result of 74.8% accuracy. Conclusion: The workers always implement health protocols in daily practice, but still some of them do not discipline in practicing COVID-19 prevention, therefore, educational intervention was carried out for workers in order to strengthen the behavior towards COVID-19 preventions to this MSME. © 2022 MPPKI.
