Introduction: We reported a case of delayed replantation of two avulsed maxillary central incisors. Case Report: A 12-year-old boy attended the dental clinic because of avulsed teeth due to a bike accident. The accident occurred while the child was cycling on paved roads. His parents brought the avulsed teeth to the clinic 2 h later in dry condition as they kept the teeth in a plastic bag after they cleaned the teeth using detergent. Intra-oral examination showed the blood was continuously discharged from the tooth socket and the maxillary permanent central incisors were avulsed. Radiograph revealed no alveolar bone wall fracture or other hard tissue injuries. The avulsed teeth showed large canals with closed apex and endodontic treatment was extra-orally performed just before they were replanted into the sockets. Conclusion: Six-month observation after the replantation showed no pathological symptoms such as no mobility, negative palpation test and different sound in percussion test on the avulsed teeth. © 2020 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
