Abstrak
BackgroundChemoradiation as one of backbone treatment in head neck cancer (HNC), is associated with significant toxicities that worsened patient’s condition and quality of life. Decreased nutritional intake and increased catabolism in cancer made HNC patients had decreased nutritional status since diagnosis and worsened during chemoradiotherapy. Nutritional support along with aerobic and resistance training can hinder the decreased of nutritional status, muscle mass and strength. However, in practical a group of HNC patients’ non-compliance to the program.
