Abstrak
The use of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) stabilized ZnO nanorod as a compact layer on zinc chloride modified perovskite solar cell (PSC) has been examined. In this work, ZnO was firstly synthesized through chemical bath deposition (CBD) on top of a fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate. The obtained ZnO was then coated with rGO to form a nanocomposite ZnO/rGO. The characteristics of the obtained materials were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) for the structural information and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) for the morphology examination. The complete nano composite ZnO/rGO was then tested as an electron transport layer (ETL) in the perovskite solar cell device. For this purpose, the perovskite CH3NH3PbCl2I0.8 M was deposited on top of the ZnO/rGO layer to form a complete perovskite solar cell (PSC). Performance examination showed that the obtained power conversion efficiency is still quite low, about 0.2% possibly due to the environmental effect during fabrication. © 2021 Author(s).
